Pork Loin
1/4 C Dijon Mustard
1 TBSP Orange Juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray pan with vegetable spray. Mix mustard and orange juice and brush on pork loin.
Bake 20 minutes.
3/4 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp ground sage
1 Clove Garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Remove pork loin from oven. Mix rosemary, sage, garlic, salt and pepper and rub on pork loin to create a crust.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake approximately 35 minutes.
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
(For 2 pork loins: 1 1/4 tsp crushed rosemary, 3/4 tsp ground sage, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp salt)
